Assistant Curator
Location: Davis, California, USA The C.M. Rick Tomato Genetics Resource Center (TGRC) is hiring an Assistant Curator to oversee its seed lab, greenhouse, and field operations. This position is responsible for managing plant materials grown for seed multiplication, conducting seed germination tests, distributing seed to researchers and breeders, and supervising undergraduate students.
Qualifications include a B.S. or M.S. degree in plant genetics, horticulture, plant biology or a related discipline, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with greenhouse management, plant breeding/genetics, seed technology, and database software.
