Your Challenge
as an account manager at Incotec is exciting and multifaceted: you draw up account plans and are responsible for their implementation. You manage European accounts, maintain close contact, know their needs and ideas like no other, and thus form the bridge between the customer and Incotec. You identify trends in the market and translate this, together with Research & Development and Marketing, into concrete products and services. In consultation with the Sales Manager, you work on large projects such as licensing agreements and turn-key projects. Functionally, you manage one or more Back Office employees.

You are
a driven person, with a completed commercial agricultural training at higher professional education (HBO) level. You have extensive experience in the Agribusiness. You know the Dutch and English languages in word and in writing, and knowledge of French and German is a plus. You have a number of years of relevant work experience in a similar position and have been responsible for a number of key accounts. You are willing to travel and work long hours, you work independently but also good as a team.
