Pangene Corporation, a genomics-based pharmaceutical drug
company producing pharmaceutical products and providing genomics
services, announced today the launch of their secure
new genomics services web portal.
Access to Pangene's gene cloning
and drug development platforms is available through the secure
worldwide web-based genomics interface named DirectGenomics.
Pangene utilized the services provided by DirectGenomics for its
own development of a pipeline of biovalidated pharmaceutical
drugs for DNA repair enzymes that are dysregulated in tumors.
Pangene's drugs regulate these dysfunctional DNA repair enzymes
in radio-resistant or chemo-resistant tumors and promote
long-term survival. Pangene invented, patented and
commercialized DNA damage repair and homologous DNA
recombination processes enabling homologous gene isolation,
homologous gene cloning, homologous gene recombination and drug
exposed homologous gene profiling.
Pangene's technology platform
enables rapid and high throughput gene cloning without using
PCR. Gene clones generated from Pangene's gene cloning process
are PCR-artifact free and expression-ready. Clients can submit
their confidential gene sequences or ESTs online via Pangene's
secure DirectGenomics Portal. Pangene produces full-length cDNA
gene clones based on gene sequence information provided by
clients and delivers these clones via FedEx. Each gene cloning
order is identified by a unique tracking number and order
progress and data is monitored securely online through the
DirectGenomics portal.
Pangene currently offers
guaranteed full length and economy gene cloning services as well
as gene family cloning and interspecies gene cloning services.
Account registration for DirectGenomics is complimentary at this
time and can be immediately accessed through
http://www.DirectGenomics.com.
Pangene is a privately held genomics-based pharmaceutical
drug company commercializing DNA repair drugs and genomic
services. Pangene uses its proprietary DNA repair enzyme
mediated platform to isolate, clone, express, drug profile, and
determine the functions of genes and their homologs. Pangene's
technology platform enables determination of gene dysfunction
underlying disease and development of pharmaceutical drugs.
Pangene discovered and patented the major human DNA repair genes
and high value DNA repair enzyme targets which enabled the
development of Repair Regulator Pharmaceutical Drugs (RRPDs) for
radio-resistant or chemo-resistant tumors. RRPDS are
conveniently formulated for use in combination with conventional
cancer therapies for more effective treatments of
chemotherapeutic drug resistant and radiation resistant skin,
breast, ovarian, colon, brain, prostate, pancreatic, head and
neck and other tumors. The company operates in state-of-the-art
facilities with full capabilities for drug development and
genomic services.
