Seed advisors learn how to deliver added value

Waterloo, Nebraska
December 5,  2001

In the continuing effort to keep Golden Harvest dealers well trained to bring their customers the best service possible, The J.C. Robinson Seed Company conducted a Seed Advisor Convention in Omaha, Nebraska on November 16 and 17.

"We had 130 of our top dealers, which are our Seed Advisors, attend the convention," Eric Carlson, key accounts manager and convention coordinator said. "It’s vital for them to not only know our products but understand the ways that they can bring value to their customers through superior service. That’s how we can help our customers achieve the most profit possible when using our products."

The convention agenda included large group instruction, training in break out groups and an awards banquet.

"We think it’s important for our dealers to get to know each other and exchange ideas on ways to improve customer service, and providing time for that to take place was built into the program," Carlson said.
