The J.C. Robinson Seed Co. is committed to remaining close to
the customer. One way that’s done is through the Customer
Support Department. Jane Schroeder was recently promoted to
Customer Support Manager, "We are in the second year of
this department, and during that time, we’ve used the phone to
enhance our customer’s experience. We offer timely information
by alerting customers to insect outbreaks with scouting
information or by providing other cropping information. Our
purpose is to increase the value our customers receive from
their relationship with The J.C. Robinson Seed Co.."
"The role of the Customer Support Department is to
provide and support our customers with specific unique
information that will enhance their profitability," Ron
Wulfkuhle, Director of Sales and Marketing said. "Jane,
with her demonstrated leadership and experience in both the
Company and in agriculture, will lead Customer Support to
continue to help our customers make more profit with Golden
Harvest brand seed."
Schroeder has been with the Company for over five years in
both the communications area and the customer support area.
Prior to joining the Company, Schroeder’s experience includes
18 years in the marketing field with positions ranging from
sales training to communications management. Also, she was
recently elected Vice President of the National Agri Marketing
Association’s Midlands Chapter.
