Precision Laboratories,
Inc. announced it has entered into a series of business and
license agreements with
Adjuvants Plus of Ontario, Canada, a leading technology
company that develops and markets agricultural additives and
natural chemistry products.
The alliance provides Precision with exclusive manufacturing and
marketing rights in the United States to a wide range of
adjuvant formulations based on Adjuvants Plus’ patents around
monocarbamide dihydrogen sulfide (MCDS). The agreement provides
Precision with the opportunity to use Adjuvants Plus data and
research. Included in the agreement is Adjuvant Plus’ branded
adjuvant N-Tank.

allow applicators to apply micronutrients, in tank mix
combinations with glyphosate, without reducing herbicide

provide our customers with advanced products that deliver unique
