Reports out on biotech disputes

The World Trade Organization today issued the reports of the panel that had examined complaints by the United States, Canada and Argentina, respectively, against “European Communities – Measures affecting the approval and marketing of biotech products” (DS291, DS292 and DS293).

Se hacen públicos los informes sobre las diferencias relativas a los productos biotecnológicos

El 29 de septiembre de 2006, la OMC hizo públicos los informes del Grupo Especial que examinó las reclamaciones de los Estados Unidos, el Canadá y la Argentina, respectivamente, con respecto al asunto “Comunidades Europeas — Medidas que afectan a la aprobación y comercialización de productos biotecnológicos” (DS291, DS292 y DS293).

Publication des rapports sur les différends concernant les produits biotechnologiques

Le 29 septembre 2006, l'OMC a publié les rapports du Groupe spécial chargé d'examiner les plaintes déposées par les États-Unis, le Canada et l'Argentine, respectivement, dans l'affaire “Communautés européennes — Mesures affectant l'approbation et la commercialisation des produits biotechnologiques” (WT/DS291, WT/DS292 et WT/DS293).
